Dr. Shames helped me feel at ease throughout my biopsy. He engaged with me in conversation, prepared me for each step of the process, and encouraged me to ask questions multiple times. While the procedure was fairly invasive, I had barely any pain within 24 hours of getting it done, and the incision site is small. I think all of that speaks to his skill. I recommend him highly.
