Dr. Jason Rice, DO

Gave me sound advice on managing my chronic conditions.

Dr. Rice is a good doctor but he has an idiot working for him that is in charge of helping patients with insurance issues. I had been trying to get a prescription from my home delivery pharmacy and after calling the insurance to find out the issue, telling her the issue, messaging the insurance twice to see if the issue was resolved, and even being on the line listening in while the pharmacy talked to one of Dr. Rice's staff who only asked the pharmacy to send what they needed to her this idiot when I asked her to call the pharmacy told me that she does not call the pharmacy and said the pharmacy would have to call the doctor's office. When I said that the pharmacy had already done that and that I was listening in on the call and asked her how this would solve my problem she hung up on me. This lady does not need to be working at her position if she isn't going to help her patient. I called back and Noah had a different staff member call me back and she solved my issue in less than an hour that took the other idiot 9 days to not solve.
