At 9:00, I had waited 30 minutes for a schedule 8:30 appt. Another patient arrived indicating his appt was schedule for 8:50. I left the office and asked to Dr to contact me regarding the Overbooking matter, but never heard back from Dr Chang….very unprofessional business practices.

Dr. Chang explained in detail why she felt it was necessary to change my meds. I felt comfortable with her recommendations.
