I had an appointment for COVID and received excellent care from Dr. Mathews and the entire office staff. From the moment I arrived, everything was organized and efficient. Check-in was smooth, and I was seen promptly.Dr. Mathews was compassionate, professional, and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and clearly explain my treatment plan and next steps. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated his calm and reassuring approach during a stressful time.The office was clean, well-run, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
