I missed an appointment and dearly regretted it because I needed the treatment. They were so angry they dropped me as a patient and charged $150. After many years of going there. I understand the inconvenience I caused but for some its a big struggle to get to the dentist at times and you still make money when we miss. Pardon the pun but I hope you get a taste of your own medicine someday.
