Dr. Khatri and his entire team were outstanding throughout my cardiac catheterization procedure. What impressed me most was the amount of time he took to thoroughly explain my condition before the procedure and then discuss his findings again during the procedure itself. His communication was calm, detailed, and reassuring.I especially appreciated that he did not push for stenting simply because it would have been the “safe” or routine choice. Instead, he carefully evaluated the situation and explained a thoughtful path forward focused on improving my long-term health. That level of integrity and patient-centered care meant a great deal to me.He also took time after the procedure to speak with my daughter, which showed tremendous compassion and professionalism. The doctors, nurses, and staff working with him were all exceptional — attentive, skilled, and genuinely caring. I felt I was in extremely capable hands from start to finish.
