Dr. Jacqueline Witherell, DMD

This was my 1st visit, sadly, I'm severely put off by my experience. Dr. J was kind to speak with, but, the overall experience will not have me returning. My 1st impression, the office smells like a dirty drain or wet carpet. I was hoping when they took me to the exam rooms that the smell would improve, but it didn't, leaving me very concerned about the cleanliness of my procedure. My 2nd impression was a sign at the front desk stating that 'all appts would be scheduled for 90 mins.' I am a bi-annual, simple cleaning patient - at my previous office it was 30-40 mins tops - but I quickly learned why. This office is more concerned about the upsell than your teeth cleaning service. Every conversation led to an additional option to decline & sign an estimate for (what?) & left me very uncomfortable. My last impression was my hygienist loudly chewed gum through my whole appt. Having him chewing inches from my ear while getting my teeth cleaned was most unsettling. I won't be returning.
