Unhappy with my experience with Dr Kartes and his staff. Multiple scheduling issues which they failed to take responsibility for, and then if you arrive on time for the appointment the staff scolds you for not being “at least 15 minutes early.” If you want patients there earlier then schedule them earlier. Had to beg Dr Kartes for bloodwork, and then any results on the high or low end of the provided range were ignored despite experiencing symptoms.
