Dr. Aljunaidi is ok... His staff however are subpar. The front waiting area is FILTHY and the exam rooms are in desperate need of repair ie ceiling tiles and rooms paint dirty. Like going into a house of horror instead of a medical facility. The medical assistants are ALL the most unfriendly, unprofessional medical staff only to be surpassed by the unprofessional, rude and sarcastic back office team. I have been seen 3 times by this office in the last month for the same kidney issue and 1 emergency hospital stay. I was referred back to my PCP to to get a urology referral on Monday. The rude office staff said if she could get to it she would fax my records by the end of the week.... only if the phone would quit ringing and the office was not busy. WHAT??? Now unprofessional, rude office staff is IN CHARGE of my urgent medical treatment? I think not... calling my insurance provider to report this practice....and legal as well.
