Patient Reviews

I never met Dr. Khalid, so don't know about this doc, but the office is AWFUL. The PA determined I required a CPAP. I was told it would arrive in 3 weeks. After 6 weeks, no word. Office told me that they would contact rep. No return call. I called back and was promised by MA that I would have machine in less than a week and that she would personally watch over the case. I waited a week. Heard nothing. Called in and was told by receptionist that it is totally out of their hands. After arguing with her, she finally reviewed my file and spoke with MA to say, 'Oh, I guess we didn't turn in order. That's our bad.' Never apologized for dismissing me on the phone. MA did not follow up on rush order as promised. There is a reason that half of the patients in this office give it 1 star.
