I established care with Dr. Deforest last year for my child, and unfortunately the experience fell short of my expectations. Compared to my child’s previous pediatrician at Kaiser, I was disappointed in the level of engagement and thoroughness. It was concerning to see how little she interacted with my child and how brief the visits felt. I won’t be returning.
