Basic clean and examination. Over the past couple of years I have had a new Dentist every six months due to personel changes at this location in Meridian, Idaho. This then has someone new doing the exam. I found that several of the New Dentists had not review my complete file to insure they had a background of my teeth. My last visit was a prime example of this. I was informed I needed a crown replacement due to a possible hole in the crown. I was also told that if I did not get the crown replaced asap I would need a root canal. The crown in question had been installed years ago with a root canal having been preformed. The xrays confirmed this had already been done. The full court press was put on to get it done and schedule an appointment. I told the staff the tooth in question had a root canal preformed in prep for the original crown. I told the staff the only tooth with a crown without a root canal had been by one of the previous six dentists I had seen there.
