I received an unsolicited phone call at my home from Dr. Krein regarding a review I had left. He spent the call complaining to me about it in a pleading, unprofessional manner. This is harassment. A physician calling a patient at home to pressure them over a negative review is completely unacceptable. When I reported this to office manager Britiney, she confirmed this is standard Jefferson Health policy. That means this institution endorses harassment as a response to patient feedback.He was also over an hour late to my 10:20 AM appointment and didn't enter the room until around 11:30 AM. I had driven 4.5 hours round trip to Center City with no explanation or apology for the wait.He informed me he didn't have the skill to perform my reconstruction and gave me a single referral to a specialist estimated at $35,000 to $50,000 out of pocket. He said he didn't know whether that doctor accepted insurance, which I found hard to believe. No alternative referrals were offered.When I aske
