Dr. Garner has been great but we are considering looking for a new pediatrician because of how bad the administrative staff has been. We recently went in for a check up and made a follow up appointment. Not even an hour later the office left a voicemail saying we were not able to make any other appointments including the one we just scheduled because the receptionist did not collect a $20 copay. When I called back the office said we did not owe anything. The office also frequently opens late even though the receptionist can be seen sitting on her phone. It’s been frustrating knowing we love the doctor but may need to go elsewhere because of the other staff.
