Dr. Holly Yancy, DO

I have had 1 Telehealth & 2 in-person visits. Dr. Yancy is thorough, listens closely, offers options; I like her a lot. Two initial rounds of medication were done using samples (Dr. Yancy's offer) with NO COST to me. However, office staff submitted to my insurance which resulted in $250 copays for each round. In order to have this remedied, I contacted the office via phone (multiple times) & patient portal. They NEVER responded. I contacted their separate billing office, & they sent a message to the doctor's office staff to fix it. Same thing happened with the 2nd round of medication. It took months to get this resolved & remove my copays. My possible 3rd round of medication would have been in Feb 2023; but Dr. Yancy was sent to work in hospital until end of May with no one to see me. I have not left because there are very, very few headache specialists. To say I am frustrated is an understatement.
