refused medical service BECAUSE I have a service animal. The doctor used the reason that he was allergic to dogs. After informing him that is not covered under ADA laws he still refused service and told me to get out. The other patients in the waiting room chimed in and told him that what he was doing was wrong and he was violating my civil rights to which he replied that he “didn’t care” and again told me to "get out". After i got him i decided to do some digging and have discovered viable proof that he has done this on several occasions which is why i refer to his actions as "Habitual".

Very unprofessional and incompetent for my by canceling two appointments the first death in the family the second I got covid,even though I got my appointmen on the schedule,after 4 days trying to contact the office which never respond, I enquired my insulin, he denied it plus canceled my existing appointments without explanation, results 5 days without insulin, forced to used my mom if you go there allow yourself around one week for someone to respond, good luck you gonna need it ??

Dr A is extremely difficult to reach. Both by phone and by the pharmacy. It’s hard to get refills on prescriptions because he won’t answer faxes, phone calls, or refill requests through the pharmacy computer. The last time I had an appointment with Dr. A I waited in the waiting room for over 3 hours past my appointment time, and I had arrived 45 minutes early. Once you’re back he’ll spend maybe 5 - 10 minutes with you, and send you on your way. He nor any of the staff listens to concerns and waves off those concerns.

NO ONE will follow up or correct the erroneous prescriptions. Five days, 6 phone calls, no response.

Dr A. himself is s very knowledgable man. Its his business practices that are undesirable. His entire office staff is HIGHLY INCOMPETENT. Of the three years ive been going to Dr. A. NOT ONE PERSCRIPTION HAS BEEN WRITTEN PROPERLY. Good luck in contacting the office. Even Pharmacies cannot get thru. I only wish he could work out the glitches with his staff and hire competent people
