I went to her for a teeth cleaning last year, she said two of my teeth needed crowns, teeth #18 and #19, so I had her done. But the crown on tooth #18 fell off after only 9 months; and the crown on tooth #19 was placed without treating the existing pulp inflammation. 8 months later, I experienced severe tooth pain, the pulp had died, and the tooth had to be extracted. She is hurtful!
