Dr. Heidi Goodarzi, MD

This was the worst experience. We waited for an hour for the doctor to come in. When she did come in, she was incredibly abrupt yelling that my son needed to trust her on multiple visits before she tried to lance a cyst (the entire reason we were there). My son said it was ok for her to try to lance it that day so we didn’t have to come back. She then told us to wait. We waited almost another hour and finally left after listening to her fight with another patient in the room next to us for an extended period of time. I paid the copay up front and then she billed my insurance as if she had performed the procedure (she did not). I tried to just let it go but then her office called threatening to send me to collections for an outstanding balance of $23.00. I am on day 2 of calling the office to try and get them to remove the charge as she has already been overpaid. Nightmare experience. On a side note, the office was dirty and there was a fly in our room that I couldn’t get out.
