The office number now is answered in Asia per the phone agent which was not great but workable. Last week I can only reach outgoing voicemail saying to use the portal for anything other than emergency. The portal says call the office if urgent. I left info and questions on portal two weeks ago and never got reply, then last week making calls to call center out of country got me absolutely no reply on a different issue. After a week I tried reaching out in the portal again ( which is partly AI) saying no phone messages had been received. This is NOT medical care. I’ve seen no effort on this DRs part (I verified he is legalOwner of this practice ) to correct any problems with thec system that over relies on having phone calls ONLY answered in Asia call center, and relying on a portal that no one seems to be reading .
