Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine at UM Upper Chesapeake Health has 5 doctors (MDs) and 5 nurses (CRPBNs). Apparently none of whom are capable of answering the phone or returning phone calls, and they have no one else actually capable of answering the phone or following up on voice mail. Currently I am in my 5th week waiting for a return call. Not that it matters since I have moved on another doctor. Bottom line, this "practice" is not worth the effort of calling, and it probably would do you no good anyway. Side note: University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake, you should be ashamed!
