If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Very unprofessional, refused to see me after fitting me with a trach and told me to go to my pulmonogist for care. When I asked about someday removing the trach he told me my airway had collapsed and I would live the rest of my life with the trach. After many last minute appointments cancelled by him and a very confrontational meeting I sought a new ENT. Had to go to Springfield because he blackballed me with every Peoria ENT. My new ENT said she saw no collapse in my airway and removed the trach a few months later after I had a series of tests. I see her every 6 months and am doing fine. No thanks to Dr. Petruzelli.
