Terrible run office and terrible bedside manner.

Had an appointment here recently. Waited a long time (which seems common), but what happened next was shocking. The doctor finally came in, started talking, then picked up her cell phone, walked out mid-sentence, and never came back. The assistant looked at me with wide eyes and her jaw dropped , clearly mortified and embarrassed, like she knew the doctor had crossed a major line. She awkwardly confirmed something would be handled, and I left.This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect for patients’ time is unacceptable. Even the staff seemed to know it was way out of line. Won’t be returning. Don’t believe the 4.5 star on google reviews.
