Based on my personal experience Dr. Kwok front end office is inept. They hang up on me. they won't respond to my questions they tell me I have to wait 24 hours to get a response when the procedure is 12 hours away and I need to start prepping. They don't care! They just don't care based on how they treated me. If you think they care about you go ahead and try good luck this opinion based comment was solely based on my personal experiences with the office staff. Try to assume me from my personal opinion
