I have been with Dr. Guaitoli approximately 8-9 years now. I started with him from a recommendation from a friend when he was in solo practice. My 2nd appointment was with him at NCH Family Practice in Bonita Springs. My husband and I both went to him before my huband passed from ALS. He was professional and listened to our concerns. Now Dr. Guaitoli is the Physician for the Concierge Progam with NCH at the Bonita Springs Clinic. It is $1200/year but I decided to have a physician I could get into the same day was worth it. I went for my first appointment yesterday, 12/8/25 and he spent about 45 minutes with me and went into much more detail and concern. So far, I am please with the money spent. He has recommended another Neurologist and sent my records to this Physician. I have been called by this Neurologist's office and have an appointment set up for 2 months out with the possibility of a cancellation.
