Wife showed up at 2pm appointment at 2:16pm for our 3 year old daughter. There is a 15 min grace period. At 2:38pm the receptionist said that the doctor was unable to keep the appointment because we were past the grace period. (While she was told the doctor was in with a patient during that time) pretty upsetting/disappointing. Daniel S. Mahler
