I recently attended my annual check-up with Dr. Kwok and it was the most disheartening experience I have ever had with a healthcare professional. I left the appointment in tears due to her blatant disrespect, disregard for my concerns, and condescending remarks. I am greatly disappointed at the lack of basic courtesy and respect from Dr. Kwok. I've been a patient of Dr. Kwok for 8 years or more. While she has never been overly chatty or exceptionally friendly, I initially appreciated her thorough approach to addressing medical concerns. However, over the past couple of years, I've noticed a shift in her demeanor and I have observed a steady decline in her bedside manner. Despite Dr. Kwok's medical proficiency, her inability to connect with patients and her disrespectful attitude are reasons why I will not return to her care.
