Dr. Samman has cared for both of my grandparents. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs cardiac care

I'm more than a little concerned and perplexed about the test results and diagnosis in my PET SCAN SUMMARY results and diagnosis compared to what I am being told by office medical staff who are stating the PET SCAN had ‘good results,' and I should not worry about my Arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) I25.10 diagnosis. WHAT? REALLY? Were the 'don't worry about' PET SCAN results an error, or is Dr. Samman and/or office staff in error? Is there another patient who goes by my There is a true disconnect between what the PET Scan Results and diagnosis states with Dr. Samman listed as the physician, vs. what I'm being told on the phone by someone in Dr. Samman office. The person who told me my results was also speaking to someone else during our call, who seemed to take offense or did not believe I had a copy of my final PET scan medical report because they stated Dr. that Samman hadn't even put it online yet. The conversation ended when I requested an email to send the attached PET Scan Results and Diagnosis. Whoever it was didn't really want to give me this to me. It may be because they wanted to keep the email address a secret but I can think of no reason it should be a secret. They ended the conversation when I stated I would send the summary diagnosis and result of the PET Scan via email. They reiterated that my results were normal. Again, REALLY? Please help me understand why the PET scan result document states the opposite. While I received the scans results and diagnosis I’ve yet to talk to anyone, including Dr Samman about my final diagnosis of Arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) I am asking how a diagnosis of Arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) I25.10 is it normal or good? Because the office staff and medical team I talked to stated It was a good result. Yet I was also told that Dr. Samman had not reviewed it yet. Then again in the same conversation on the phone I was told he had reviewed it and everything was normal.Does anyone in his office or him know that I have nothing to worry about even though I have a diagnosis of Arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) I25.10 I am positive the American Heart Association and my family don't see it that way. Please pay special attention to the sections with the subheading Encounters and Assessment in the below PET scan results report. If someone would dialogue, text, email Or call andtell me why the Encounter, Diagnosis, ICD code, and ASCVD code are incorrect? If they are inaccurate, then what happened? Why is it erroneous? Why was I so disregarded and not believed by your medical team when I stated I had the report already? It looks like I definitely need to be worried about how Dr. Samman office or medical team situationhow my cardiac physician wants to treat my heart issues. Because right now I have no one there who is reaching out and explaining this to me, I did however reach someone at the American heart Association who stated absolutely a cardiac surgeon or cardiologist needs to be quite worried about a very progressive diagnosis and treatment options need to happen yesterday much less in the far future. Please remember I came to Dr. Samman office because I was suffering from heart pains (angina), could not lower my familial cholesterol levels, AND was beginning to have pain in not only my heart but my shoulder and arm. I also relayed that I was experiencing numbness in my fingers and pain emanating from my shoulder/arm daily. At best, someone in the medical team or office staff made me feel horrible about having extremely strong heart pain that I've never experienced previously.Why is this report so 'dissed' by your medical team when they said I did not have the report, yet I was told by them they were not worried about anything in the results? What's more, I was told I didn't have the report, as you don't use them or don't put them on a portal. At worst, per your staff, I faced contrary information intended to diminish the medical condition I have and asked to send to them the report so they could see what they had just told me they already have. HOW can I trust Dr. Samman or staff to genuinely care about my heart pain, nausea, almost 24 hours a day, numbness, lack of appetite, rapid weight loss, etc? I went to Dr. Samman in great faith, that he or at least someone in his office would find the genesis of what I have that hurts so much, takes my breath away when I walk up a hill or steps, and causes undue angst, exacerbating the pain I feel and almost continually have in my heart making it quite clear that I already have the diagnosis based on the PET scan that they dismiss. I requested that they let me know what treatment will be needed ASAP if possible. I received a voicemail today stating if I had questions about the scans report, results or diagnosis to just give them a call. Really? After everything I stated when I talked to them, what I wrote via email, what I texted, and NOW they want me to just call them and talk to them with my questions. Remember, I’ve already had that conversation with them and they dismissed me out of hand. Told me nothing was wrong. Told me everything was normal per Dr. Samman. Even though the PET scan results and diagnosis states Arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) I25.10. It is quite clear they don’t care and I need to find another cardiologist. But any future patients need to be aware that is what you’re going to face even with such a serious diagnosis.
