I was very sick with pneumonia, and was having no luck in getting an appt with any of my Drs. Early Feb 2026, my husband had an appt with dr Pourzia for his annual cardiology ck up…I tagged along, my husband told dr. Pourzia that I was very sick, and can he take a look at me. Dr. Pourzia asked me if I was sick, I said very, I think I have pneumonia. He took my hand, and said “I’ll take care of you honey”, after he listened to my heart and breathing, he instructed me to go to French Hospital the following Monday where he was on call, he called me that morning to make sure I was coming, when I arrived, they admitted me to ICU where I stayed for 5 days, dr. Pourzia discovered I had fluid around my heart and lung, he had me treated, HE SAVED. MY LIFE thank you again Dr. Pourzia! A truly great Dr.!
