I absolutely love this Dr. However I feel the staff at the Ft Walton office isn’t very efficient and accommodating for heart patients. Several visit seems to always be issues. This Cardiologist is very busy and sees many patients, he is always on his game, but his staff seem to really be too comfortable to a point where it is a little unprofessional. This office needs a better office manager. The staff has their day to day routines down. But the right people need to be on top of important things , like making sure the reports on in front on the Doctor when his patients are there just to get the results, and also that they follow through with what the doctor says. It shouldn’t be the patient to keep reminding them.
