Patient Reviews
Jul 13, 2026
I was admitted to the ICU at Swedish Cherry Hill from June 20 to June 24, 2026, for a brain aneurysm. Navigating such a critical health crisis is incredibly difficult, and for the most part, the neurology team and hospital providers were exceptionally helpful and caring. I am deeply grateful to those who treated me with compassion.Unfortunately, my experience was severely marred by George A. Lopez, MD. His bedside manner was entirely unacceptable, and his behavior was highly unprofessional. While the rest of my care team—specifically Amanda Larkins—explicitly had me on a strict medication watch to ensure the treatment was safely working before my discharge, Dr. Lopez tried to send me home prematurely. He dismissively stated, 'You don't need to be here, just come back for testing.'This was an extremely scary situation for a brain aneurysm patient. His intense rudeness actually brought me to tears.
