Dr. Garima Arora, MD

She was very insensitive, condescending and Incompetent. I sent several messages over to the office via My Chart and leaving messages at the office. I never heard back from Dr. Arora nor the office. I had to reschedule appointments because they never addressed my insurance issues despite my many attempts to do so. I had to reschedule appointments due to their utter incompetence, both the doctor and staff. I never heard back. When I phoned to confirm my appointment and ask for a refill, I was notified that she, by her own decision, dropped me as a patient. I had an upcoming scheduled appointment and was never notified that she dropped me as a patient. I checked with my insurance to see if I should be covered and they said yes that she was on the provider list. Not only is the office incompetent and rude, but Dr. Arora is as well. All of my doctors are at Sugar Land Methodist and are wonderful. They should break ties with her as she puts a taint on a wonderful institution. RUN AWAY FAST!
