Dr. Ratchford is ok but his staff is HORRIBLE... especially his office manager. They are rude and disrespectful. I continued to see Dr. R despite the mistreatment I experienced from his staff but I can't take it anymore. I've decided to go to a different doctor. Recommend you go somewhere else and spare yourself the grief.
