While Dr Hussey was good, I won't be back. The sole reason was MULTIPLE issues with the front staff. They are rude, inconsiderate and clearly don't know how to do their jobs! I arrived on time and they tell me I wasn't 15 minutes early so I had to reschedule!! WHO does that?? AND that was not my first appointment! Maybe mention when I made my appointment I HAD to be there 15 minutes early to just sit there?!?!?! Then a nightmare with billing that I'm still struggling with MONTHS later! Resubmitting bills that were paid and then harassing me saying my insurance denied it.. arguing with me about it in front of other patients. Even when I offered to show her my EOB, she still continued. Eventually the 2 cows whispered something to each other and gave me a form to sign. I will NEVER be back! It's a real pity because I doubt Dr Hussey knows what's going up there...
