I was rushing my partner and I to our 3pm appointment, because I didn't want to be late. There were two families in the waiting room including us. It took two hours to get into the exam room. Then another 30 minutes for the exam. We had no food or water with us and we are both diabetics. The bathroom was locked. It is painful for both of us to sit for long periods of time because of arthritis. I started to pace because of pain. I asked if our appointment was going to be soon and and she was very dismissive. I called after five days for results of biopsy and she said in a rushed way, I don't know, I will call you when I know. I am Not happy at all and don't plan on returning.
