Patient Reviews
Aug 05, 2026
I contacted Dr. Fahmi Farah’s office for my annual FAA treadmill stress test, hoping to avoid Waco’s long scheduling and result delays. Instead, I was required to pay for a preliminary appointment before they would schedule the test—and the test was still booked more than a month later, requiring a four-hour round trip.My insurance changed the week before the appointment. I updated it through the online pre-registration system and tried calling the day before, but the office was closed. Although my appointment was not until 3:45 p.m., no one contacted me all day. When I arrived, the office was chaotic and unprofessional. Only then was I told I needed a referral. Rather than offering a solution, I was told—not asked—to sit and wait for the office manager, so I left.An unnecessary paid visit, a month-long wait, four hours of driving, and no advance communication. One phone call could have prevented this. This is how not to run a medical office or any business.
