Two separate encounters with Dr. Kim and two different patients - I was charged a separate fee during my annual visit because we had one conversation that resulting in her referring me to other providers. No solutions just a referral that I don't need since I have HMO insurance. Another instance that we are trying to fight at the moment. She will order labs that will rack up hundreds of dollars when the exam should be preventative. Save yourself the headache. Like another review mentioned, she doesn't perform the annual exam like other providers typically do.
