Dr. Kim has been my PCP for 8 years, I have only seen her 3 times due to her lack of availability for appointments. In my most recent appointment I had just started Hormone replacement therapy which I received from a different practitioner due to the lack of availability of appointments at Scripps. Dr. Kim told me she would rather have hot flashes than breast cancer. She did not ask about my symptoms and why I chose HRT. This shows me a lack of understanding as well as lack of research in menopause information that is coming out. She is just going through the motions and not interested in what is best for her patients.
