After Dr. Ordene retired, I was referred to another physician’s office. Unfortunately, my experience during initial phone interactions with the staff was disappointing. The receptionist’s tone and manner felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I did not feel treated with basic courtesy or respect.Based solely on those communications, I chose not to proceed with the appointment. First impressions are important, especially in a medical setting where professionalism and patient respect should be standard.If you are transitioning from Dr. Ordene’s practice, you may want to carefully consider your options and ensure you feel comfortable with the new office before scheduling.
