Terribly disorganized office. I had two appointments. For the first one I was called two hours before my appointment and told they had "double-booked," so they were canceling my appointment. My second appointment I made for over a month later. I arrived, and they told me that my appointment was switched to an hour later because "We move people around." I couldn't believe I was told this, and was in disbelief that they feel entitled to change peoples' appointments without asking them first if that's okay and not caring if a patient waits for hours. I waited patiently for almost two hours and then finally left. I also felt incredibly rushed by the staff member who took my blood pressure. She slapped the cuff on me roughly and I think my blood pressure rose 20 points because of how I was mishandled. Never going back. Awful place, and it feels like a factory. I think they overbook and treat people without any respect. Not a good place to go if you're a cardiac patient as they cause you more stress than you walked in with, which is not good.
