I saw Dr. E and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I requested a copy of my patient records and noticed several concerning issues. He exaggerated certain points and left out important topics that I had clearly discussed with him. The notes were filled with irrelevant information, while key concerns—especially those related to my stress, anxiety, and depression—were noticeably omitted.Based on my experience, I would caution anyone seeking care for mental health concerns. It appears that important details may be deliberately excluded from documentation. I would not recommend him.It’s very hard finding a very good practitioner and my best advice is to find somebody that has positive reviews based off somebody that you know personally.This practitioner absolutely did not have my best interest at all.Proceed with caution if anybody is thinking about seeing this practitioner do your own research.
