Dr. Wolfe was friendly, and the appointment seemed to start off well, but things got strange fast. Within minutes, she told me I had a deviated septum just by looking at me, which isn’t something a dentist is even licensed to diagnose, and I have no symptoms of one. When I mentioned my “12-year molars,” she said she’d never heard the term before and looked at me like I was crazy. I Googled it afterward and confirmed that “12-year molars” are standard dental terminology. That's insane. Instead of giving a clear explanation about my wisdom teeth issue, I was suddenly referred to an ENT and an orthodontist with no coherent reason. She also diagnosed 3–4 new cavities that my previous dentist (seen within the last six months) never mentioned, and recommended over $2,000 of treatment. The staff was nice, but in hindsight it felt more sales-driven than genuine. The cleaning and X-rays were $395, a price I agreed to, but the experience didn’t justify the cost. I left feeling scammed, honestly.
