Be warned that this office will cancel your appointment last minute after being booked for a year with no logical explanation. Rudely and abruptly canceled my yearly appointment-no discussion. I was told they don't take my insurance, and it is only for UAB, which it is a lie--I have a standard Blue Cross plan. Confused, I called Blue Cross, and they were also super confused why they won't take my insurance. No explanation provided from the office--simply 'office policy' with a copy and paste answer to any question, even though they are current in-network doctors with Blue Cross. Visits are efficient, but the office staff is rude.
