I was extremely disappointed with the service over the phone . When I called, the first person who answered didn’t seem professional at all. I asked if they accepted Oscar insurance, and he gave an unclear answer, basically saying yes, but only if I paid out-of-pocket. This was either a lack of understanding or a complete lack of professionalism. After that, I was transferred to the billing department. The woman there was also indifferent and rude. I asked for a price estimate if I paid myself, and instead of providing a clear answer, she insisted on personal details like my name, despite me asking not to give them if it was too expensive. The whole interaction was unprofessional, indifferent, and frankly, it drives potential clients away. If this is how the front desk handles things, this doctor’s 4.8-star rating will drop to 1 star very quickly.
