During my initial call the receptionist told me that they were booked out until October, she told me they would verify my insurance and call me back. They called me back within ten minutes and had verified my insurance and said that could me in the next day since I was in pain and they had a cancellation. Today I went into the office for a root canal. I brought the ladies some chocolates, which I think got me bonus points. The ladies and Dr. Rapp are all three very very very kind people. They were concerned about me being comfortable from the start to finish. Dr. Rapp also calmed me without knowing because I was happy to hear him sing some of my favorite country songs on the radio. The whole procedure was pretty much pain free and like I said they are all wonderful people who really care! If I ever need a root canal again I will be happy to be in this office with Dr. Rapp and his assistants!
