Dr. Dolar Patolia, MD

I have been going to this office for a few years now, but lately, it has become extremely unprofessional, uncommunicative and disrespectful. I try to give medical professionals a lot of grace, but I am disappointed by the staff of this office and the doctor. I had an appointment on 9-24 where labs were taken. Since then I have called in almost weekly to speak to the doctor and get my lab results. Each call I was told they were following up with Quest on my results as they were missing but on my latest call, I was told there was a misunderstanding and they had my lab results all along. Although they were positive, I still haven’t received a call from Dr. Patolia back regarding my results or this experience and after 6 calls, I was told I had to make an appointment to speak with the doctor although I was reassured every call that she would call me back the next day. Unfortunately, it seems like they have turned off the ability to write Google reviews, so leaving this here.
