This office used to be my Primary Care provider. I fired them years ago because I couldn't stand their front office staff and office policies. They never put the customer first and make everything very difficult. I tried to reestablish them as my primary care in September, 2026. Took me multiple tries even to get someone to call me back for an initial apt. Then had to jump through multiple steps to get said apt. Finally day of apt arrives, I show up on time and told we had to reschedule because I wasn't 15 min early. No thanks, I'll find a provider that actually want to help their customers.
