This doctor is a good doctor, but staff seems uncaring. I believe this doctor is very limited by the organization he works for and the rules and conditions they put in place which he must follow. It's difficult to get a timely appointment. If you have issues between your scheduled appointments you're out of luck. They won't care. It's hard to find a doctor who truly understands pain patients, i think he understands but his staff, not so much.
