Dr. Deepthi P Desilva, MD

I strongly advise avoiding Dr. Deepthi DeSilva. She is completely dismissive, does not listen to her patients, and becomes angry and combative the second you ask basic questions about your care. She has repeatedly withheld critical medication refills without explanation, leaving me without necessary treatment for weeks while her office simply ignores calls and portal messages.When you raise legitimate concerns, she behaves in a childish manner, denies her own written statements, and will literally hang up the phone on you instead of doing her job. I spent a week begging her to fix a massive error she made on an expensive prescription order, only to be treated with hostility and left with no medication for a SECOND time! Even other clinic staff warned me beforehand about how difficult she is. If you need a weight loss doctor who communicates professionally, cares about patient safety, and can manage basic prescriptions properly, find someone else.
