I took 2 of my kids here for wisdom teeth. My son also had 2 baby teeth with no adult teeth and would need implants. I asked for the price with and without the 2 baby teeth. I had conversation about how my mom had her teeth removed and then was hit with additional $8k for the implant. He assured me that wouldn't happen. Then I get the price and go ahead with the removal. When we returned 3 months later, I was told it's now an additional $13K (now he needs sinus surgery, and the implants were not included after specifically asking if it was). When I questioned this, I was told by Dr Mueller that my questions didn't require a response. I have never been spoken to that way. I have asked for our records to go elsewhere and nothing. They gave us a separate treatment plan on the 3-month visit. a treatment plan has everything included from day one. they did not do anything for pain after surgery and my daughter woke up during hers. now my sons teeth have moved. Office staff unhelpful.
