Dr. David Wey Lee did an excellent job on my trigger thumb release surgery. After previous negative experiences with hand surgeons, I researched extensively and chose him based on both his credentials and strong patient reviews.Dr. Lee is professional, direct, and thorough. While he’s clearly very busy, he explained the procedure and recovery process clearly enough that I went into surgery knowing exactly what to expect.I was extremely nervous about being awake during the procedure due to past experiences, but Dr. Lee and his team did a great job keeping me calm and comfortable throughout the surgery, which took about 7 minutes. I was able to move my thumb immediately afterward for the first time in over 3 months.My recovery was smooth and nearly painless. I only needed over the counter pain meds for a day or two, and the incision healed nicely. I greatly appreciate the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Lee for trigger finger or trigger thumb surgery.
